PG would probably be able to accommodate a vegetarian pretty easily. I've also booked groups at Four Square also in Durham. If the group's big, the restaurant may allow you to use the whole of the upstairs. I didn't enjoy the food at Papas Grille myself but others like it. I've not been to Four Square.
