Fresh gulf shrimp in Shrimp De Jonghe, epicurious recipe from 1995. Some sliced tomatoes from the dwindling supply in the garden.
Spanish onion, mushroom and beef stew served on mashed potatoes, been simmering till 1 this afternoon~ heads back to the kitchen to catch a better wiff~
Slow simmered pasta sauce with pork ribs and a crisp green salad with my gardens last tomatoes and yellow peppers. Plum tart for desert.
