Clarendon gets yet another new restaurant
The owners also own Whitlow's on Wilson; guess this is their attempt to get a little fancier. The chef is Brian Henderson, from Georgia Brown's. The menu looks fairly interesting and not overly expensive; mostly California wines.

popped up menu; pomengranate gastrique with grilled brie? as some other poster noted on another thread, "gastrique" just sounds skanky!
we like whitlow's a lot, but that first thing turned me, well... not off...., but way down...... we will check it out, and prices don't seem bad. whitlow's is imminently reasonable on that score....as well as quality and freshness.
but "gastrique?" Puh-lease.
