smalltalk in leaside

I see renovations seem to be underway, anyone find out what is going in that spot. Nice location, and the food is edging upwards with the addition of Amaya....

I heard from a local merchant in that area that smalltalk has been taken over by the owners of McSorley's. Apparently they are planning some sort of an Italian version of McSorley's called something like Fiasco's. Not necessarily good news for Chowhounders but it will probably be a hit with the young Leaside and Davisville families.
