When I have leftover smoked brisket, I chop it up and throw it in some mac and cheese. Add a little BBQ sauce to moisten, chopped onion, and top with cheddar cz. Place in over to brown the top. So good. We love brisket-mac.

In the past I have used leftover smoked brisket to add to my bean soup. Very tasty. Wish I had some now. You lucky dog!

            1) Fry up some onions, bell peppers, add BBQ sauce and freeze. Makes terrific sandwiches. You can vary BBQ by adding chipotle peppers, salsa, other types of fixings. 2) Make beef hash, boil some Yukon Gold or red potatoes, fry up onions, mix together in frying pan.

diced, even with small amounts of fat let on some pices it will make a great chili, with or without ground beef. it can be diced and frozen for later use as chopped beef sandwices combined much as you would with the maain ingredients of sloppy joe, or you can make a smoked beef hash with potatos.

Cryovac and freeze. Works great with smoked boston butt.

I have done this in the past - use the smoked brisket for twist on a traditional favorite - like smoked brisket eggrolls - using the brisket, your favorite suace -
