Mourning Mets Fan Needs Good Sushi
Just got a refund on my Mets play-off tickets and in my grieving state, I feel that the only way to really recover from this tragedy/travesty is to blow that money on really good sushi.
I've been to Yasuda, Nobu, Blue Ribbon, and many of the 2nd tier places. Should I head back to Yasuda or is there another place with sushi mind-blowingly good enough as to make me forget my woes?
Thanks in advance.

Fellow Mets fan here man. Which means I know you are suddenly flush with 800 bucks or more. While I'm more heartily recommend the number of a good dealer, you have a big budget.
That said, I'd hold off until tomorrow - and not because of the stupid Monday rule, but that a lot of Japanese restaurants are traditionally closed on Mondays.
Yasuda is great, but maybe it's time to try shimizu or esashi, or 15 east or Soto.
If it were me, and it practically is, I would go to Shimizu, drink liberal amounts of the shochu they offer, and then continue drinking. Once done drinking, I would continue drinking. By Friday, you might just have killed the pain.
