Tuesday night deals?

My anniversary this year will fall on a Tuesday night. Since we're trying to watch our spending a bit, I'd love to find a restaurant that has some sort of deal - like half priced wine or some such. Does anyone know about any good Tuesday specials? Thanks!

Taberna del Alberdero has 1/2 off tapas Monday-Friday. Sangria is also 1/2 off. The deal is until 7pm but totally worth getting there early for. The tapas are the best in town (and usually the most expensive). A fun way to celebrate your anniversary. See if they'll give you a small table in the back (they do this sometimes and it will be more private then the crowded bar. Perhaps play up the fact that its your anniversary).

I know that Adams Morgan has something called "first Tuesdays," where most local restaurants participate in a $25 pre-fixe meal on the first Tuesday of every month.

I'd love something like a pre-theater option, but neither of us get out of work until at least 6 or 6:30, and we do like to get a drink before dinner, too. So the time doesn't work out.

We'd definitely prefer to be downtown, Metro Center/Penn Quarter, but will happily travel for something appealing.

Dino has a 3 course dinner for $24 Sun-Thurs if ordered by 7:30. Also free corkage on Tuesdays!

Also Oya usually has a 3 course special going, $30 for dinner. The menu changes a little bit but its a good deal and the food was surprisingly good the last time I went. I remember the spicy crunchy shrimp roll was delicious and there was a fish dish with hen of the woods which had a lot of flavor.
