.....and I need some good restaurant suggestions. I'll be staying in the Murray Hill area from October 4th till the 8th, but will be in the midtowen area generally. Any good recommendations? Words of caution?

Pampano is one place that comes to mind - in Mid-town - I think E. 49th or 48th - lovely Mexican seafood place - great lobster tacos and very well prepared seafood.

oops.....as for cuisine, anything that offers fish, seafood or generally healthy options is preferable. (I'm travelling with a vegetarian who eats fish). SPicy and ethnic is fine.
