Best Dim Sum in Chinatown?

I am looking for the best dim sum in Chinatown. We would prefer a restaurant using the rolling carts if possible since I don't know the names of most of the items that we like since the place that we go to in Dallas has only carts. It would also be okay if the recommended restaurant is menu only as long as they briefly describe the items. Thanks.

Went to Jing Fong last weekend, great experience. The carts came by every couple of minutes, there is also a catering station where you can get various tofu and vegetable preparation. Go before noon, otherwise there is a huge line.

Went to Golden Bridge last weekend. Great selection. The trick is to go to the carts when they come out of the kitchen so you get it fresh. It takes them forever to get around to your table.
