Going wine-tasting for the first time, Sunday, in Paso Robles! Any advise?

The title pretty much says it all. Any do's or dont's? I'm so excited!! I've been wanting to do this for years. Woohoo!

The Turley Pesenti Winery. Turley Zinfandel is a fabulous wine. Turley Wines Cellars based in Napa (no tasting room) purchased one of the oldest wineries in Paso Robles, the Pesenti Winery.

Lots of good info here: http://www.pasowine.com/

Although I vist the Santa Rita Hills area at least once a year, I haven't continued further north to Paso.

When I finally do check out Paso, Tablas Creek will be my first stop

Ooh, I adore Paso Robles! Went for the first time last fall, hoping to go back again in December. I second the Tablas Creek recommendation. We really liked Adelaida as well. They had nice wines, beautiful land, and a friendly staff. Loved both places. I think there was something in the NY Times Style section last weekend about a wonderful spot for olive oil tastings as well.
