BUT, omakase is absolutely best from Kaz Okochi at Kaz Sushi Bistro. He's probably the best in the whole area. He was executive chef at Sushi-Ko about 20 years ago and went back to Japan for more training, even learned how to prepare fugu, before returning and opening his own place. Call ahead to make sure he's available, but omakase from Kaz is probably an other-worldly experience.
