Vegetable Juice bar
emI don't know why, but I'm on a vegetable juice kick. really enjoying my home made cucumber juice. If I get lazy, where are some good places to go for beet, carrot, celery, cucumber, that kinda thing? Not fruit, but veggie.
And I DON'T mean Roebeck's or that other awful chain place.

re: choctastic
It may be way outside your area but the Grand Central Market downtown has a great juice bar.

I read this whole thread and tried out One Life Natural Foods in Santa Monica which was really good but I also wanted to share another option that wasn't listed here. The Vallarta Supermarkets offer the ability to make a variety of both strict vegetable juices as well as combinations with fruit as well and you can customize them. I had a really nice one this weekend and recommend giving it a try if you get a chance. They're also very reasonable.

Diana, like you, I am a huge fan of vegetable juice, but I never make it myself (not having the equipment), so I always get it at one of the following three places:
1. Wild Oats in Santa Monica (I go to the Wilshire one, but I assume the Montana location would have it as well)
2. Rainbow Acres on Admiralty in the Marina (post office--CPK--Ralph's complex)
3. Leaf Cuisine on Washington in Culver City (but Valley and WeHo locations must have it, too)
I don't know what temperature you like to drink vegetable juice, but Leaf's is room temperature (maybe connected to raw foods manifesto???), while the others are cooler.›1 Reply -

I'm sure I am not gonna spell it right but here I go: Ehrewon on Beverly, just east of Fairfax.
I LOVE their juices. They have a Green Giant (I usually will get a shot of ginger added to it) which had parlsey, spinach, carrots, wheat grass, and celery.
I also like to get a combo of Carrot, Apple Ginger, and Beet...Yummy!
They'll do whatever mixture you like.
Oh, and it's all ORGANIC!
Enjoy!›4 Replies-

Erewhon
http://www.erewhonmarket.comOne of the more annoying names around. It is ALMOST the word nowhere spelled backwards, but it isn't. Decent enough store, but I hate that name.

re: tatertotsrock
I believe that Erewhon's juices come from the Beverly Hills Juice Club (www.beverlyhillsjuice.com) which has a location on Beverly Blvd.
