Kosher Caterers in NYC area

Have people had experiences with any of the following Kosher caterers in the New York area?
Classic, Foremost, Simply Divine, Manna and Exquisite. We would love information on food quality, service quality, value, and hidden costs. My fiancee and I have noticed that Classic is considerably cheaper than the others, and we're wondering what kind of difference in quality it is. I cross-posted on the Kosher board, but thought there might be some people here with information and opinions who don't read it.
