        <content>I just happened to be in Half Price Books last week at just the right time. There was 1 copy of Alice Medrich's brand new book Pure Dessert.  It just came out last month. It is beautiful and varied, not just chocolate. I can't wait to get into it there is an almond cake I am very intrigued with, it serves 10-12 and has only 1/3 C. AP flour in it. The dried fruit and nut cake looks swoonable. Jasmine Panna Cotta anyone? I may end up ordering copies for a few friends for Christmas.</content>
