Raleigh Mexican Mercado

Several years back, I remember going to a Mexico-like market in Raleigh. It was the sort of place where you could buy fresh tropical produce, glow-in-the-dark baby Jesus paintings, and assorted auto parts. I seem to remember that some of the merchandise was indoors, some out. Can anyone remind me where this market is?

Sounds like the indoor flea market there on Capital Blvd, across from the bowling alley and the sketchy motel that has the Foxy Lady strip club in its parking lot. Inside the beltline.
