There was a noodle restaurant in the Glendale Galleria called Asia Noodle Cafe that
my partner and I really liked. They served different Asian-style noodles - Chinese,
Thai, etc., and they also had congee.
We were both really craving our favorite dishes one night a couple of weeks ago and
found out that they had closed.
Can anyone recommend a similar restaurant in the Los Angeles area?
We are both vegetarians so the noodles and broth must be animal-free.
Thanks

I was craving the singapore noodles with extra vegetables (no meat) and my partner
      wanted congee w/seafood.

For those dishes, I would recommend you go to Sam Woo's in Van Nuys on Sepulveda. They would do a great version of both. Just ask them for vegetarian.

Macau Street would be a good choice.

Just avoid some of the more exotic soups ...
