Help need restaurants for business lunches w/private room

hjoclark Sep 26, 2007 10:57 AM

I'm scheduling some lunch meetings around the country and I'm looking for recommendations for restaurants in Seattle, Dallas, Miami and Boston that have a private or semi-private room for a business meeting for 12-15. I've never been to any of these cities so I could really use some guidance.

In Cambridge I'd recomend Sandrines in Harvard Square or John harvards Brew House. Harvard grads find the Harvard Faculty Club useful. The Hyatt Regency Hotel does a nice job. Most hotels are accustomed to supporting meetings and have A/V etc

I have used Davio's in Boston's Back Bay for exactly this purpose with great success. It's a combination of luxury steakhouse and creative Italian restaurant with a several different-sized private dining rooms. It's a handsome space, they treat business customers right, and it's very conveniently located. Not cheap, of course.
