Cupcakes in SoCo from an Airstream?

I took my parents to South Congress Cafe on Monday night - we saw a shiny airstream across the street parked in the dirt lot. The trailer had a giant cupcake on top...we drove by and there was a sign on top that said Cupcakes and a small sign that said "Open Tuseday."

Anybody know anything about this? I haven't had the chance to drive back over there.

Saw the same trailer last night and noticed the side read "Hey Cupcake". I believe it to be the 2nd location of the Hey Cupcake stand near campus. Reviews of that stand were mediocre. Here is the thread
