Truffles in MontCo

Ok just called Balducci and they said they only have it during the holidays?!!?

Anyways, anyone else have a good idea? Need it for a party this sat.

We're kind of between seasons for truffles... the black summer truffle season ended a little bit ago, and white truffle season is just starting, so we won't see much here in the US until mid-late October. Try a wholesaler to see if you can get some frozen black truffles... I know International Foods in Springfield carries them.
