Dizzy Issies in Remington, not far at all from Loyola has great wings!
Bruce Lee's Wings in Cross Street Market are awesome. They are not buffalo style, but have a sweet and tangy asian inspired coating. They are ridiculously addictive.

Bill Batemans on York Road in TowsonKisslings in Canton
Both are good options, but to be honest wings are one of the culinary highlights in Baltimore. Now that I live in DC i appreciate how good wings are in bmore generally
