Great Sandwich near Syosset, New York

Im looking for a great sandwich store/deli that will make your mouth water in anticipation. Location can be as east as Dix Hills and as west as Jericho. All the way North is fine too (like Oyster Bay) I love the true italian kind with all sorts of meats and cheeses, with vinegar and hot peppers. A real German deli would be great too! Eating in is a plus! We tried Dugans, Messina, D'Angelos and they all fell short!

If it's Italian you seek, head to Razanos in Glen Cove--might be a bit further than you requested (not by much), and defintely worth the ride--my mouth is watering writing this...

Try a hot pastrami on club bread sandwich at Ben's Deli in Woodbury.

It makes my mouth water writing about it.
