Best sandwich in Portland, OR?

I'm going to be there this weekend and am looking for a good sammie. Deli, sub, hot, cold, fancy, simple, whatever. I favor quality over form. Thanks for the help!

I'll second the Lagniappe suggestion and throw in a Podnah's on 15th and Fremont to up the ante... mmmm, brisket.

Best all around (build it yourself) deli sandwich: Viande (they make their own ham fer cryin' out loud! - but the roast beef and everything else is great), the meat counter at City Market in NW.

Binh Minh does make a great banh mi, though...go for the extra meat option. (and their pate chaud)
