Does anyone know of a bakery that delivers? SFV

I've been given the task of finding a bakery that makes fabulous apple pie that will deliver for my boss' birthday party next week.

That I'm working in Northridge doesn't help matters. What bakeries will deliver - that can make fabulous pie and make me look like a star?

Thanks for your help!

pssst: a secret. Probably the best apple pie you can get in the SFV can be bought at Costco. They don't deliver, but the price is right, the flavor fabulous, and you can warm it in the oven and let him think you got specially made apple pie.

You can "special deliver it" as you "didn't trust anyone but myself on this super-special occasion" When people ask where it came from, smile and say "now, that would be telling!"

Sit back and watch the brownie points rack up!

I don't know how much of a secret the Costco apple pie is, but everything else Diana says is absolutely true. Heat it for 45 minutes in the oven before serving. It is better than any other apple pie in the valley.

Costco business delivery is $20 for orders under $250 (before sales tax). Pie is less than $10.

Claim Jumper in Northridge has good apple pie, not sure if they sell them whole or will deliver.

eeew. not they don't. It's nothing compared to costco's, or even mel's. Or even friggin baker's Square beats Claim Jumper.
