Taste of Jackson Heights

There is an event called Taste of Jackson Heights at St. Marks Church near Roosevelt and 82nd on Saturday. Anyone have any idea what it will be like? Are we talking Italian sausage and funnel cakes, or will there be actual neighborhood food?

      It will be food from the neighborhood of course! They plan to have local vendors like sammy halal etc and other food from local restaurants and bakeries. The new coffee shop scheduled to open soon will also have their coffee. All items are between 1 and 3 dollars. This is part of the jackson heights film festival which will also be taking place between friday and sunday.
