Honey Pear Champagne Cocktail Recipe

Been serving this this week in my restaurant:

1 oz J Pear Liqueur
1/2 oz 42 Below Honey Vodka
6oz J Sparkling Wine
Orange Twist

Chill liqueur and vodka, then strain into Champagne glass.
Top with sparkling wine.
Take orange twist over the glass, then drop in.

It is a dry, adult cocktail with Autumnal, floral, and honey notes to spare.
Recalls the smell of mulled cider.

Hope you enjoy!

I think it could work if you mix the vodka and liquer in a little pitcher of some sort, and then add a shot to the champagne or wine glasses before pouring the sparkling wine. It sounds delish, maybe i will make some for new years. I don't think bubbly can be poured ahead of time

yeah, that's kind of what I was thinking. I'm giving it a shot-- my party isn't until the 28th of this month, but that is before NYE, so I'll let you know how it turns out!

          Sorry I've been MIA...
The drinks were a huge hit! I'm sorry that I didn't buy double the amount of ingredients because we ran out about halfway into the party. I will definitely make these again! Thanks~

I'm having a party for a bunch of my girlfriends and want to do one "signature" drink for the party and this sounds perfect. Do you think it would still be good if I mix a big pitcher of it? or do I need to mix individual drinks? It would just be easier if I could make it up right before everyone arrives instead of mixing as we go.
