It has room for a couple of bagels at a time and can be used for other things. BTW, I have both but use the oven more since everything has to go into the toaster dry. The oven can handle breads (and other things) that could drip toppings onto the (foil protected?) floor. I like to use my toaster-oven to make a personal pizza on a souvlaki bread (pocketless pita). Just brush with olive oil, put on sauce, toppings, mozz, and pop it into a preheated 400F for 20 minutes and voila!
