Maroon's is great. You can check out their menu at http://maroonsnyc.com/. You can make reservations, which is always better than waiting in line for brunch.

there is LOLA, which used to be in Chelsea but is now down in Soho.. they do a Gospel Brunch, but its quite jazzy and impressive. The fried chicken with black eyed peas is unreal... i've been to 3 brunchs there and am always blown away and so are the people that are there with me :-)

Iridium does a buffet jazz brunch on Sundays. I haven't been there since Bob Dorough left the gig, but they actually had a pretty good buffet with both breakfast and lunch-type items. The price including music is $21.95. Pianist Barry Levitt is the current leader; I'm not familiar with him, but the band includes saxophonist David Schnitter, who used to play with Art Blakey, and the excellent bassist Cameron Brown.
The Blue Note does a jazz brunch, often with name artists, but the food is horrendous.
