Don't know if they still do it, but the Redeye Grill had a Jazz Brunch. Never been for Brunch, but Lunch and Dinner are good.

Call to be sure they are doing it the day you want to go. Usually Roth's Westside Steakhouse does a live jazz band for brunch on Sundays. We like their brunch (good french toast, steak and eggs).

Ditto Jules. I think the Coffee Shop at Union Square a;so has a jazz brunch. It may be more corwded than Jules.

Yup.. Nolita House has I believe a Blue Grass trio that plays and I thought were very good.

Iridium does a buffet jazz brunch on Sundays. I haven't been there since Bob Dorough left the gig, but they actually had a pretty good buffet with both breakfast and lunch-type items. The price including music is $21.95. Pianist Barry Levitt is the current leader; I'm not familiar with him, but the band includes saxophonist David Schnitter, who used to play with Art Blakey, and the excellent bassist Cameron Brown.

The Blue Note does a jazz brunch, often with name artists, but the food is horrendous.

If you sit at the bar (limited seating though), you can get the prix-fixe with unlimited drinks!

there is LOLA, which used to be in Chelsea but is now down in Soho.. they do a Gospel Brunch, but its quite jazzy and impressive. The fried chicken with black eyed peas is unreal... i've been to 3 brunchs there and am always blown away and so are the people that are there with me :-)

That Lola website is a real mess -- dead links, mislabeled links, etc. Completely unusable.

Maroon's is great. You can check out their menu at http://maroonsnyc.com/. You can make reservations, which is always better than waiting in line for brunch.

Does anyone have any new recommendations for a jazz brunch with decent food (and hopefully decent jazz)?

We had a nice time at North Square. Not so much at S.O.B.'s Bossa Brunch.

I like North Square too! The food and the music were really good.
