Help need restaurants for business lunches w/private room

  • 6

I'm scheduling some lunch meetings around the country and I'm looking for recommendations for restaurants in Seattle, Dallas, Miami and Boston that have a private or semi-private room for a business meeting for 12-15. I've never been to any of these cities so I could really use some guidance.

  1. steelhead diner (www.steelheaddiner.com) has a beautiful private room of ample size with a water view - and the food is terrific

    1. Tom Douglas' Seattle restaurants have several private dining rooms available. See
      http://tomdouglas.com/privatedining.html for more details.

      1. a few more options:
        Troiani (N Italian)
        O'Asian (dimsum)
        Cascadia

        1. Sazarac, in the Hotel Monaco, has a private room. Crepe de Paris, in Rainier Square does also - although I'm not sure it's large enough to handle 15.

          1. I would suggest The Edgewater...they have several rooms for 12-15 people and the view is amazing. Although, you may be distracted!

            1. I recommend the Talaris Conference Center in Laurelhurst. [Used to be Battelle Conference Center then Aljoya]. [Now, managed by the Columbia Resource Group who run Bell Harbor) It's a great setting with a dining room and they can do lunch in the meeting rooms if you like. The standard lunch is a pretty nice buffet or if they have less meeting activity a plated lunch. The meeting rates are also a little lower than downtown. It's about 15-20 minutes north of downtown near the UW.

They also have onsite guest rooms.
