Woodstock, VT/Quechee area suggestions

My husband and I are going to be in the Woodstock, VT area and are planning a special meal. We are debating between Simon Pearce, which we've been to (and loved) a few times before but are also considering the Kedron Valley Inn. Any recommendations or suggestions? I've also looked for the menu for KVI online and couldn't find, so am curious to learn a little more about it.

We've done quite well at Prince and Pauper and KVI in the past.

Parker House Inn is rather good as well.

We like the Parker House the best out of all of them for the atmosphere and the food and Pane e salute in Woodstock is quite good as welll. I would suggest Simon Pearce for lunch only.
