Key Limes + Condensed Milk Equals?
I opened up a can of condensed milk today--only needed 1 teaspoon though AND have a big bag full of key limes...any recipes or suggestions on using the two together? I've honestly never baked with key limes before but bought these because they were so cheap (only 99cents for this huge bag)! Thanks.

Here's a delicious and super easy recipe for Key Lime Pie:
1/2 C key lime juice
1 envelope dry gelatin
8 oz sour cream
8 oz Cool Whip thawed in the fridge
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 graham cracker pie crust.1. Mix Cool Whip, condensed milk, and sour cream together until smooth
2. Add gelatin to lime juice, mix quickly and thoroughly; stir into Cool Whip mixture.
3. Pour mixture into pie crust, refrigerate at least four hours. It's ready!Keep pie refrigerated.

used this in a cooking class recently---very easy and well received.
Margarita TartCrust:
2 cups gingersnap crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
pinch salt
½ cup melted butter
Filling:
zest of 2 limes
4 egg yolks
2 14 oz. cans sweetened condensed milk
¾ cup lime juice
1 tablespoon tequila (optional)Preheat oven to 350. Mix together the crumbs, sugar, salt and melted butter. Press into a removeable bottom tart pan (8 or 9 inches). Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Whisk the lime zest and egg yolks together. Whisk in the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and tequila (if using). Set aside a few minutes until slightly thickened. Pour into the prepared crust and bake 20 minutes. Cool to room temperature, then chill well, about 3 hours in refrigerator.
