I'm going to Daniel for the first time and am looking for recommendations. A search of the board yielded many references to Daniel, but few recommendations. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Daniel's signature dish is Paupiette of Black Sea Bass in a Crisp Potato Shell and it is oh-so-good. It's a generous piece of fillet, completely wrapped in ultra-thin slices of potato, pan-seared to crisp the potato and baked to finish cooking the fish. Surprisingly, it's served in a red-wine sauce and the presentation is lovely.
