Where can I find the best Mexican candied pumpkin (calabaza) and sweet potato (camote) in Austin? I prefer North Austin but, I'll drive South if need be.
I have seen this kind of candy by the cash register at the Morelia in Elgin. If you stop by there, be sure to try the fajitas romanas. They are quite tasty. I am usually too full of said fajitas to try the candy, but it looks good.
