ISO a Vietnamese Seafood/Beer Dish

A co-worker of mine was mentioning that he'd heard of a special Vietnamese seafood dish, marinated in beer.

He's been looking for it throughout Chinatown, with no luck so far. I haven't heard of anything like it myself, so I thought I ask around on Chowhound.

Anyone know the name of this? Thanks!

Doyers Vietnamese Restaurant on Doyer Street has several dishes cooked with beer. I think they have shrimp, soft shelled crabs, and may be clams? You may want to search on menupages.com for their menu.
