what would you do with asian style stock?

I simmered some beef bones with chicken pieces and some peking duck leftovers along with ginger, onions, garlic, and star anise. It's pretty tasty - what are some good soup ideas to make with it? Thanks.

  1. what about making some pork dumplings and making a wonton soup?

    or if you want something really easy, you could heat it up and crack a few eggs in for an eggdrop style soup? ... or you could just make noodles or rice and swirl them in.
