        <content>I could have sworn I saw a menu for a SF restaurant that had SEVERAL different styles of tuna tartare on the menu...anyone know which I am referring to?

      <content>Ame restaurant has alot of raw tuna and raw fish items.  I have not been yet, (going later this month) but the resaurant has a good pedigree (same people who run Terra in St Helena.)  They do a Tuna Five.  Mad hatter special...
