RECIPES FOR CHAMPION JUICER?

I have a very old but new in the box juicer that I found in my grandparents garage. I guess that they bought it for a gift and forgot about it. I recently had a wonderful tasting juice that was made to order that had pineapple, grape, orange, ginger and cayenne. It was so good! I'm now inspired to try making some of my own. Anyone have any favorites that I should try? Maybe some with fresh coconut? How about a touch of fresh hot chilis and/or fresh ginger? How about any favorite sites or books with recipes that you have tried and enjoyed? Thanks!!!

You're in good company with the Champion! I recommend this http://www.amazon.com/Juicing-Book-Co... for excellent, very tweakable recipes. It's an excellent way to get your feet wet and specifically mentions the Champion.

My personal fav is carrot/apple/celery/ginger. Sometimes with a jalapeno, but usually not because the ginger is zippy enough. We also like grapefruit/peach/ginger, too.

If you're talking about the classic Champion brand masticating juicer, one cool thing you can do with it is to "juice" frozen ripe bananas. It produces a delicious thick cold puree that tastes remarkably like very intense banana ice cream.
