shabu-zen has japanese A5 wagyu.

'nuff said.
incredibly marbled, i had slices from the sirloin that were just amazing, super marbled and so tender it could and probably should have been eaten raw, sashimi style. it was $80, but for real A5 grade wagyu, not bad, and probably the only place in boston u can get it.

        Shabu Shabu is a pretty traditional way of eating wagyu. Just a quick swish in the stock.
