Customizable Dessert in Orlando?

Philly Chowhound needs help finding a special cake or dessert. My amazing mother just finished hiking the Appalachian trail (from N Georgia to Maine…that’s 2,175 miles!). I’ll be in Orlando for a couple of days for the Disney Triathlon and to visit the family. My sisters and I would like to have some sort of celebratory cake/dessert, preferably not a sheet cake but still customizable. A photo-printed ice cream cake would be ideal but don’t know where I could get this done and I am open to other suggestions. Final destination is Lake Mary area, but I’ll be flying into the Orlando airport and one sister is driving in from Port Richie so we're pretty flexible. Please keep in mind budget is a bit limited. Thanks!

Try Sprinkles in Winter Park (on Fairbanks Ave.)

Sprinkles rocks my world! I can't think of a better place to get what you are looking for. They can do just about anything.

I live in Lake Mary...the choices here would be Publix (which makes an amazingly good cake for a grocery store-the buttercream frosting is delicious) and Coldstone for an ice cream cake. Publix prices are pretty reasonable.
