Anything interesting in the very West 20's

I find myself there Saturday morning and am looking for a good place to either buy baked goods beforehand or have a casual lunch afterwards. Madeline's is on my list although it is not very west. Was wondering if there is anything new and unusual in this neighborhood. I am almost never in this area and would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Big Booty is on 23rd between 7th and 8th. If you're willing to go a little south Amy's Bread is in Chelsea Market. The Half King is a nice low key lunch option.

I would check out Le Grainne Cafe at 21st and 9th.

Cookshop, Tia Pol, Billy's Bakery; Viet Grill is surprisingly decent.

I love Cookshop's brunch, and they accept reservations (including on opentable.com).
