Making Candied Cherries-David Leibovitz recipe
I'm thinking about making the candied cherries recipe from the Perfect Scoop to use in the almond, cherry ice cream.
He doesn't specifiy and I'm not sure--do you think I can use some of the sour cherries I froze away from summer? (the part I'm not sure of is the sour cherries vs. sweet, not frozen vs. fresh)
