Chinese Banquet in SF (with parking!)
I'm host(essing) a going away party for 10-15 on Oct 4 with multigenerations and travel styles. I'd like to find a good chinese banquet with a private room for mingling and easy access to BART plus parking for the drivers. I'd like to spend under $20pp w/out liquor and it would be grand if there was only a small($5???) corkage fee. Any ideas?

We've had some very nice banquets at Louie's, but the most recent was two years ago. Any recent reports?

They have semi-private rooms, parking at Holiday Inn across the street.

Have you considered R&G Lounge on Kearny? It has nearby parking, but I don't know if it would be under $20 pp, especially if you ordered the fresh seafood. It's in Chinatown, which is a bit of a walk from BART, but people could always take the bus from Market up Kearny Street.
Also maybe Hunan Homes at 622 Jackson. It's a bit further into Chinatown and further from parking, but the price range should be in your ballpark.
Also Four Seas on Grant does private banquets, as well.
