Picasso, 56th just east of 2nd
My wife really enjoys tapas, asn we've bene to a number of tapas places around the city. We often go to the Tapas Lounge on First Ave. just below 59th St. However, we recently tried and enjoyed the food at Picasso. I do not remember what we ate, but I enjoyed the croquetas and generally thought the food was better than the Tapas Lounge. The two places have en entirely different atmosphere, one a lounge with couches on which most people sit, the other a more formal restaurant. But if in the mood for tapas in that area, I recommend it.
