Just got back from Santa Fe and am craving New Mexican cuisine. Can someone suggest a place that serves New Mexico style Chiles Rellenos, Green Chile Tamales, Posole and more importantly Sopapillas

Before it closed, Bright Food shop used to be the only decent SW location, and searches on these boards seem to come up empty :(

Thanks in Advance for all your help.

Los Dos Molinos SPECIALIZES in New Mexican cuisine. I think that should be your first stop. They use Hatch green chiles and have really fantastic food. The owner is always there, unless she's at her other 2 restaurants in Arizona and New Mexico.

Definitely second Los Dos...it is amazing. The mexican pizza appetizer and the cheese crisp with green chilies are fantastic and the margaritas are great as well. They do have sopapillas.
