Moving to Carrollton Tx from Plano, what's good and casual?

We are up for anything, love Indian, Thai, and good thin crust pizza. Any recommendations, any cuisine would be greatly appreciated!

Dim sum: Hong Kong Royal @ southeast corner of Frankford & Josey

Taqueria & Panaderia: La Tapatia @ southwest corner of Frankford & Josey (I've had excellent churros from the bakery. The tortas at the taqueria use fresh bollilo from the bakery, yum)

Upscale Mexican: Agave Azul in historic downtown, fantastic margaritas. http://donnacooks.wordpress.com/2007/07/21/my-favorite-margarita-is-moving-agave-azul/

Cantonese (Chinese): First Chinese BBQ, northeast corner of Josey & Belt Line http://donnacooks.wordpress.com/2007/07/17/first-chinese-bbq-an-authentic-meal-within-reach/

Peruvian rotisserie chicken: La Esperanza at Josey & George Bush. Good tres leches cake and live music on weekends. http://donnacooks.wordpress.com/2007/07/16/rediscovering-rotisserie-chicken-at-la-esperanza/

Sushi: Seabose Grocery, Marsh @ Trinity Mills (southwest corner), has chef on-site making sushi to go. Fresh seafood is flown in every Tues & Fri: http://donnacooks.wordpress.com/2007/04/10/sushi-to-go-at-seabose/

Tex Mex: Mena's Tex Mex Grill, good brisket tacos. http://donnacooks.wordpress.com/2007/02/17/tex-mex-gem-menas-tex-mex-grill/

Colombian: Casa Vieja (same shopping center as First Chinese BBQ, also northeast corner of Josey & Belt Line. http://donnacooks.wordpress.com/2006/...

And of course Babe's Chicken Dinner House in downtown Carrollton for some down home comfort food.

      Thanks so much!!!!
awesome rec.s - I will be sure to try them all - we will be very close to most of those, at the corner of Josey and peters colony rd. I can't wait to go exploring on my day off.

Best Tex-Mex Herrea's on Josey. Also there is a Cafe Brazil On Josey at Trinity Mills and a Dodies Seafood.
