Marco Polo on Court?

I live very close by but have never been, and when I walked by tonight it was packed! There is hardly anything about this restaurant on the boards. Can anyone recommend specific dishes (stuffed artichokes? portobellos and polenta? porcini ravioli? red wine fettucini?) or even give a general review of the place?

  1. It's kind of fun as a snapshot of the neighborhood's old school vibe, but when I went a few years ago, the food was mediocre bordering on bad. And not that cheap.

    1. I haven't been to MP for awhile, but based on my last experience, both Fragole (further down Court St) or Po (on Smith St) are better and less expensive Italian restaurants. Marco Polo was fine, but just not special in any way.
