ISO great recipe for Brioche Bread

Elycooks Sep 15, 2007 07:34 AM

Our family loves toasted brioche bread for breakfast. We have found a good one from TJ's and when we can find it, Eli Zabar's is great. But I'd like to find a great recipe - how hard can it be?

Don't know if this is suitable but it's a wonderful snack: thick sliced brioche, toasted and slathered with butter, topped with fresh whipped cream and sprinkled with Grand Marnier.

Go to foodtv.com, and type it in the search bar.

Ina Garten has a recipe that is excellent, and it should be still available through there.
