Something going on at T on Fairfax?

Does anyone know what's going on at the closed T on Fairfax? I just walked by at 11pm on a Friday night and there are people at tables with candles...eating...and there's an A rating in the window. I was on the opposite side of the street, so I couldn't really see what was going on. There doesn't appear to be a sign and there haven't been any signs of life there in months. Is this a private party or is there actually something we should be looking forward to? ....I hope so.
