Steak Knives at Capital Grille [moved from Not About Food]

I was recently at Capital Grille as a guest of a business associate. I remarked on the quality of the steak knives and at the end of dinner I was presented with a gift box of 4 knives with the Capital Grille logo embossed on the blade. They were gift from my host. I would like to purchase more of them without the logo. When I called the restaurant to inquire who the manufacturer was the manager said he could not tell me.

Does anyone know who the manufacturer of these knives is?
Thanks in advance.

    1. I think they'd be cool with the logo on them!

      1. Did you ever find out where the knives came from? I also have a set of the Capital Grill knives and I really like the weight of them. I am looking for Christmas gifts for this year.

They are Walco but I can't figure out which Walco ones they are. Have you found out yet?
