[MSP] Vegetarian friendly-Good tasting?

Ok, so I know Pizza Luce is veg friendly, Village Wok is awesome... used to go there once a week, still try to ;) Eccopolitan is the best (thanks Dr. T!) and I know there are a few more places, but haven't really found anything I liked awhole lot.... So please if you can give your suggestions I'd love it :-D!

Thanks Anne! The Vegetarian is VERY Good, too bad it's in the location it is :( doesn't seem like they get enough business. Holy Land Deli NE MPLS.. man there are alot more... just trying to think of some I haven't been to.. I haven't been to, or heard of a bunch of those.. I'll have to check them out!
