Take-out Italian/ calzones, Rowes Wharf
I know we are right next to the North End, definitely willing to go over there. Have had trouble finding calzones. Would love calzone, maybe a pasta and good salad take-out within walking distance of Rowes Wharf. Thanks!

Try Nunzios on State St. I haven't been, but with a name like Nunzio's....

Galleria Umberto in the North End has three different kinds of calzones on its limited menu, which I like very much (spinach, spinach/cheese, and ham/salami/cheese if memory serves). They're open for lunch only at ca. 11 AM and tend to sell out by ca. 12:30 if my experience is representative -- getting there early is wise. Rock bottom prices, too.
No pasta or salad there, though.
